Mload LLC ("Mload," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from visitors to mload.us, from shippers who request quotes, and from applicants who apply to drive with us — and how we use, share, and protect that information.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you request a quote, contact us, or apply to drive with us, we collect the information you submit — including name, company, email, phone number, pickup and delivery locations, shipment details, and (for driver applicants) date of birth, driver's license number, employment history, CDL endorsements, and other information required to evaluate a driver application under FMCSA regulations (49 C.F.R. Part 391).

Automatically collected information. We collect standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps) and use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and load balancing.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide rate quotes and transportation services
• Communicate about shipments, dispatch, and invoicing
• Evaluate driver applications and comply with DOT/FMCSA safety and drug-and-alcohol testing rules (49 C.F.R. Parts 40, 382, 391)
• Operate, secure, and improve our website
• Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting obligations
• Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and protect our rights

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers that support our operations (TMS/dispatch software, hosting, email, background-check and drug-testing consortia, payment processors, insurers) under confidentiality obligations.
• Business partners and brokers when required to arrange or execute a shipment you booked.
• Government or regulatory bodies (FMCSA, DOT, IRS, law enforcement) when required by law, subpoena, or safety investigation, including through the FMCSA Clearinghouse for driver drug-and-alcohol records.
• Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above and to satisfy legal obligations — including a minimum three (3) year retention for driver qualification files and drug-and-alcohol testing records as required by 49 C.F.R. Parts 391 and 382.

5. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information — including access controls, encryption in transit, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices & Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing ops@mload.us. Depending on your state of residence (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Virginia), you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to opt out of certain processing and to appeal a denial of a rights request. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Note: some information (such as DOT-mandated driver records) cannot be deleted for the retention periods required by federal regulation.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies to understand aggregate site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may impair site functionality.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Do Not Track

Our website does not currently respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; review their policies separately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the effective date of the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
